The FF300 filter system is designed and studied according to the customer’s needs, from the rear to the front head. The internal block is built with variable measurement passages according to needs, the internal channels that allow the passage of the material together with the external comb for filtering allow this filter to optimize the mixing of the colors of the plastic material and the mixing of the fibers to obtain an excellent result in filtering that allows you to completely stop all impurities or external agents that can be found in the material, safeguarding the injection system and the mold guaranteeing a very low pressure drop.
The FF300 filter nozzles is built in noble materials, the first among them Stavax, which is heat treated to ensure a long life. In the case of materials with additional charges, the FF300 filter nozzle is built with a coating called “external jacket” which by wrapping the filter block protects the body of the nozzle.
